TERMS OF SERVICE



Accounts
You are only allowed one game account per person. People who are found to have multiple accounts will have to explain to owner or admin the reason for this, Otherwise prepare for all accounts to be sent to maxium security prision. Babysitting accounts we strongly reconmend that you let the owners and admins know that you are looking after an account for somebody. Please read the trading before you interact with the account you are babysitting.

Trading
Same ip trading is not reconmended, but if the trade is concidered a fair trade (of the same or equal value) and not one account benifiting another account. Also it is reconmended that if you are intending on doing a fair same ip trade to send mail to an admin.

Censorship
Verbally abusing staff and players is not reconmended and you may be banned from chat and/or forums. Please dont not over use swearwords or we might have to change the rule to no swearing at all.

Cheating
Users agree not to, through use of software or other means, interfere with site operation and page content. Any automated software written to interact with the game can concidered as cheating. This is a fair and fun game please keep it that way and dont abuse any bugs or do anything that would give you an unfair advantage, We have good staff that will do thier best to keep this game fair.

Terminating Your Account
People who no longer wish to play DoS may request deletion from the owner or admin, Auto termination will be done if your account has not been logged onto with in 90 days.

DoS will not be held responsible for any loss of data, game play malfunction, or other events or conditions that are undesirable to the user.
